Life is intersectional; wellness should be too.

If you’ve made your way here — you probably know that wellness is more than bubble baths and sheet masks. But maybe you don’t know where or how to start.

You can start here, with us, at our table.

Welcome to the intersectional wellness collective that gets it. That won’t ask you to get rid of your bubble baths or face masks but will invite you to also do more.

We know a better world is out there and we’re ready to build it. One where we have not only the individuals practices that replenish us. But the collective and systemic wellness that allow us to thrive.

If you’re ready too, pull up a chair at our table. There’s room for you here.

Meet Victoria

Victoria believes deeply that wellness while individual in many practices can be a vehicle to communal change and a force behind building a better world.

With movement a regular part of her life from youth camp soccer to high-school swimming. Victoria began practicing yoga in 2010, originally as a compliment her swimming career. While she transitioned from swimming to coaching post-high school, her yoga practice continued to sustain her throughout college and beyond.

In 2021, she got her 200 hr YTT certificate from My Vinyasa Practice and in 2024 did her 300 hr YTT through The Well Studio.

Victoria offers regular in-person classes, private sessions, group/corporate classes, virtual options, and retreats.

Starting in 2025, a portion of all of her teaching goes towards monthly donations to Philadelphia area nonprofits, helping to give back to the community.
