Retreat with Well Well Well
Our retreats aren’t a break from your life.
They are designed to bring you back into it.
Most retreats sell you an escape. They offer you the chance to leave your life for a few days, breathe, relax, and then come home to the exact same conditions you left. That's not a retreat…that's a pause button.
Well Well Well Retreats are built differently. Every retreat we run starts with you and ends somewhere bigger than yourself. We're not interested in just helping you feel good for a week or a weekend. We're interested in what you bring back to your people, your community, and the life you're actually trying to build.
Every experience is crafted around a theme or question for you to explore, something meant to shift how you see yourself and how you relate to the world around you.
Our retreats aim to bring the Well Well Well mantra of "the personal is political and it takes a village" to life. They are spaces for real conversation and learning to find the connections around and between us. This is where you get ready: to build the life you want, the communities you want, the world you want.
If that sounds like the experience you’re looking for, see our upcoming retreats below. We can’t wait to have you with us.

Words from Past Attendees
“As someone that came with no friends tagging along, it was amazing how you were able to facilitate an environment where connection was inevitable. I was so at peace during the retreat, I was in a haze for a full day after from bing so relaxed and being made to feel so full!…So grateful that I was able to experience it with everyone.”
— Morgan T.“There is a clear pre and post retreat version of myself. I entered the retreat with a lot on my mind and heart and was able to soften in all the right and subtle ways that enabled m to tune into a deeper wisdom within myself. I left the retreat having had enough space for play, contemplation, and connection and was able to return to the bustle of my daily life feeling more grounded, autonomous, and self assured.”
— Alex M.“I feel like you went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and seen…You’re both extremely knowledgeable and you integrated your expertise in practical ways.”

Hi Friend,
If you’ve made it here to the end of the page there is something in you that wants to say yes. If could be a want for a different type of wellness space, or a craving for conversations that go beyond the ordinary, or it could be something you can’t name — just a bodily knowing. Whatever reason you ended up here, welcome.
I design our retreats around a theme/intention for us to explore both individually and together using the things that have shaped my life: movement, community, and travel, and more.
I deeply believe that wellness has to come back to being more than just the individual practices we engage with; I believe that we belong to one another and we belong to the world. It’s my hope that our retreats allow you not to escape your life but to reset, to remember the larger picture, to seek deeper, and ultimately remind yourself of the world that you want to be a part of and you’re willing to fight for.
So whether you join us for a retreat because you need a reset, because you’re seeking a community of others who feel similarly, or because you just feel the call to say yes — I can’t wait to welcome you into our community.
Thank you for being here.
