A note from your Retreat Leaders

We are so excited to officially welcome you to the Unhurried Retreat. This retreat was carefully planned to allow your nervous system a chance to slow down; to give you the space to disconnect from the constant pursuit of productivity; and to reconnect with yourself, nature and the power of the collective.

Our hope is that while at the retreat you get to experience something that you can take with you: a practice that will sustain you, a new connection to talk to, or just a renewed sense of energy that can power you.

The world is heavy and the path forward may seem unclear, but what is clearer than ever is that our community and our connection to one another is necessary. Now more than ever.

Your Retreat Leaders

  • Born and raised in Philly, you can expect to drop in and move during Victoria’s yoga classes, with optional challenges for when you want to push yourself just a bit further. When she’s not practicing on her mat, coaching swimming, or in the gym — she loves to cook, bake, and travel! She hopes to visit as many countries as she can around the globe.

  • Molly is an Ayurvedic Health Coach, Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation Teacher, and Intuitive Artist. She utilizes ancestral knowledge and ancient traditions to help clients to claim their wellness, empowering them to live their best lives. Through the healing arts of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Kundalini, Molly builds realistic and approachable protocols for clients experiencing physical and emotional ailments. Her ultimate goal is to empower individuals to reclaim their wholeness.
